The On-Site Emergency Preparedness Assessment (EPA) is a unique evaluation process that provides a comprehensive analysis of a facility’s disaster preparedness programs and emergency management contingencies. The EPA is a multi-disciplinary assessment program that utilizes the following processes to provide a complete evaluation of a facility’s state of readiness as well as compliance with required and recommended practices pertaining to disaster planning and emergency management programs:
- Document analysis
- Inventory review
- Human resources assessment (individual and group interviews)
- Physical plant survey
