Failing to Prepare is Preparing to Fail.  It’s an old saying, but it still holds true.  Today’s world is filled with risks and threats we never imagined ten years ago.  The first step is identifying the threats you face.  The next step is preparing for the unthinkable.

At SWA, we have worked with clients across the nation to perform hazard vulnerability assessments (HVA) that identify the threats and hazards a specific location faces, then work side by side with them to develop plans for preparedness, response, and recovery.

In addition, our staff of trained professionals is prepared to assist you in training your staff (both on-site and train-the-trainer models) and facilitate all types of preparedness exercises, including tabletop exercises, functional exercises, and full-scale exercises.  At SWA, we pride ourselves on using staff trained and certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in exercise planning and evaluations.
